Accommodation

There is a double bedroom either side both offering Jacuzzi bathtubs within the bedroom area where you can relax and enjoy the seas views from the large picture windows which can be opened in the hot weather to take advantage of the sea breeze.

There is a separate WC in each bedroom for your privacy and a flat screen TV & DVD that can be angled for viewing from the Jacuzzi or the bed.

The 1st floor is accessed by a staircase from the kitchen/dining room and takes you up to the lounge which offers 42 inch TV with satellite channels, DVD and home theatre.

The lounge leads directly out to the first floor terrace which has the most amazing views from the whole house.

The double bedrooms on this floor offer the same as the ground floor bedrooms but with one added surprise. The ceilings feature large windows over the bed so you can watch the stars before you sleep. To avoid being woken by the early morning sun a shutter operated by remote control is in place.

The outside of the villa has large terraces with a BBQ area and plenty of sunloungers and comfy seating. On the side terrace you will find a sauna & steam bath and on the lower ground floor a range of gym equipment (open air)

At the top of the driveway you will find ample parking and turning space for 2 cars and from this level stone steps take you up to the entrance and access to the beautiful infinity pool (13m x 4m) that spans the front of the house.

The fully fitted modern kitchen and dining room are in the centre of the ground floor and lead straight out to the pool terrace making ‘dining in’ and amazing experience.

For your added enjoyment there is also a coin operated massage chair and a telescope for stargazing during the balmy summer evenings.

The sound system is wired throughout the entire house, inside, outside and even in the swimming pool. Wireless internet connection is also in place.

Any guests booking this villa will be offered a complimentary half day cruise on the owner’s 9 metre motor boat and a complimentary welcome meal at Pelagos restaurant to the value of 100 euros.
